www.facebook.com/thebombsofenduringfreedom 'Not - Artist' and prolific underground musician James Fogarty (The Bombs Of Enduring Freedom, Blacksmoke, Ewigkeit, Jaldaboath) creates a pice of 'Not - Art' work from a large-scale photostat abandoned by former collaborator, musical visionary and art prankster James Cauty (The KLF, K Foundation, The Orb, Blacksmoke, CNPD). The original artwork is a still from the KLF video 'America - What Time Is Love ?'. It was abandoned. James F. found it, but it was too big for the walls of 'The Council Flat of Mass Destruction'. It was therefore cut into 140 pieces measuring 12cm x 12cm (approx.). The music 'What Time Is Art ?' is a bespoke re-interpretation of the KLF's 'What Time Is Love ?' but really sounds nothing like the original Acid House classic.
